Brightwater Tavern

The Brightwater Hotel has created a new social venue within a booming southern region of the Sunshine Coast. Located on a picturesque freshwater lake in the Brightwater estate, the hotel has been designed with a focus on creating a hub of social activities of all ages. The hotel comprises three bars, a bistro, two dining rooms, a 250 person function facility, a gaming lounge and a kids room. The hotel provides a relaxed, flexible and family-friendly social hub for patrons. The diversity is achieved in the generously sized facilities which are emphasised through the use of high-level glazing and generous ceiling heights. Natural lighting and ventilation were achieved through the implementation of oversized façade openings and expanses of glazing.  The hotel is inherently linked with its landscape and surrounding inhabitants.
