The steep site on this build offered its challenges not only with access for us as the builders but also recession planes for the architects, Linetype Architectural. R D Sullivan were the structural engineers for this build. This property has a mixture of building materials with Coloursteel wall claddings, cedar gables and a block wall ground floor. A glass exterior feature wall further adds to the modern design of this home. Water heated by a diesel boiler is piped through radiators and keeps the home at a constant temperature. The alfresco area off the dining and kitchen space offers not only great views but the luxury of a pizza oven.
