R D Sullivan were the structural engineers for this build. This property has a mixture of building materials with Coloursteel wall claddings, cedar gables and a block wall ground floor. A glass exterior feature wall further adds to the modern design of this home. Water heated by a diesel boiler is piped through radiators and keeps the home at a constant temperature.
