Successful recladding of a residential property in Campbells Bay, overcoming previous setbacks to achieve the owner's goal of a profitable sale.
After a few botched attempts and the council virtually stopping the recladding project NEDS Projects was asked to complete the project.
The owner aimed to re-clad the house and sell for a profit. This goal was achieved, and a substantial profit was made despite the additional work, design and time required to bring the project back on track.
