A bespoke residential retreat nestled atop the sand dunes on the fringes of a prestigious golf course in a breathtaking coastal setting in New Zealand. The residence is comprised as three pods, each clad in natural coloured cedar shiplap that harmoniously blends with the surrounding landscape. The gently pitched metal roof adds a touch of modern sophistication, creating a striking contrast against the verdant backdrop. Copper-clad boxes discreetly house the bathrooms and other private amenities, seamlessly integrating function with exquisite aesthetics.
Upon entering the home, you are welcomed by the panoramic views that unfold. Expansive windows and glass doors frame aspects of the surrounding landscape into every corner of the residence. From the comfort of the living spaces, gaze out onto rolling sand dunes and the expanse of the ocean that stretch as far as the eye can see.
