Chef David is the new creation of David’s group. A luxury level of well-known Sichuan Hotpot restaurant- David’s Hotpot. It’s a brave decision that the client had made to have a traditional Chinese restaurant fall into a nightclub atmosphere. It’s a new landmark of Melbourne CBD restaurant for the young generation who like to have a proper meal in a more exciting environment. The project took approx. 18 months from the concept design stage to fit out completely. it’s aimed to be a new icon place for the Melbourne Ins’ fans to visit.
