Fair & Square Building Services is a small, Pasifika family-owned and operated building firm with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We cover the Wellington and Horowhenua regions and maintain a permanent and highly-skilled workforce who undertake most of the work, including selective demolition, concrete and carpentry. As a Main Contractor, we specialise in new builds, home renovation and extension, as well as light commercial builds.

The size of our workforce allows us to manage quality consistency across projects and open communication with our clients. We have a strong network of subcontractors that we use time and again, ensuring good work collaboration, communication and management.
