This family’s waterfront property, situated down a private shared driveway, has been reimagined for enhanced flexibility and comfort.
The redesign focused on the flat above the coach house, which was transformed into a versatile space featuring two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.
This change not only improved the functionality of the space but also modernised its appeal.
