This New Lynn home renovation aimed to maximise the available space and establish a stylish yet welcoming feel. Renovation Partner Dominic Hollands worked closely alongside the homeowner to reach those goals. Throughout the new bathroom, laundry, and kitchen is a consistent light-toned colour palette, modern fixtures, and plentiful storage. The kitchen is the standout room, featuring a stunning grey benchtop and matching splashback paired with stainless steel fixtures and touches of timber for warmth. This project is brought to you by Renovation Partner Dominic Hollands from Refresh Renovations. Disclaimers: All Refresh Renovations franchises are independently owned and operated. “I was given a fresh look at our home through the eyes of a Refresh consultant. She not only gave me her recommendations for immediate ways to take the house forward now, cost effectively, she also suggested a modification for the bathroom upstairs, should I get less mobile. Her visit has made us feel enthusiastic to get on and put her recommendations into effect soon. We have already written to seek quotes from recommended providers.”
