A vibrant mixed-use commercial centre featuring a café, pharmacy, GP surgery, childcare centre, education room, gastroscopy, orthodontist, and birthing centre, designed with dynamic façades for functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Located on a corner site bounded by Connolly Street and Melling Road, the Connolly Centre was designed to comprise a Cafe, Pharmacy, GP Sugery, Childcare Centre, Education Room, Gastroscopy, Orthodontist and Birthing Centre. The bulk of the mixed use commercial centre, has been broken down with multiple façade systems to distinguish the program and tenancies within. The 1st floor dark glazed curtain wall system with raised parapet, and multi coloured vertical fins creates a lively, dynamic façade whilst also providing shading and UV protection from the harsh sun.
