The beautiful beach-side suburb of Cottesloe WA has a new residence, and this recently completed home by David Mitchell Architects is not one to shy away from the spotlight.
A blend of sophistication and casual comfort, enhanced by bold garden features.
The client was after a sophisticated yet casual beach house, complete with unique garden and courtyard areas with bold features and things to see. The results speak for themselves, large-scale Atelier Vierkant planters and sculpture draw the eye in at every turn.
Vibrant accents and plush furnishings define the inviting interior.
The interior exudes style with bright accents of colour, whilst remaining relaxed and inviting with a plush Kett Otway sofa and comfortable soft furnishings throughout the home.

In 2016, directors Colin and Shane added indoor furniture to the offering, engaging leading Australian designer Justin Hutchinson to start building the in-house brand, Kett. Focused primarily on indoor collections, Justin and his team have been busy designing and bringing to market some new and exceptional collections inspired by the Australian way of life.
