Date: November 2020

Once tired, drafty and poorly configured, Cutter Cottage was in need of a facelift that paid homage to its charm and petit size. The building and interior design were considered concurrently and the result packs a punch on the 135 square meters of inner city land. The character facade and two original bedrooms were retained and the extension and addition are carefully planned on the site, capturing sunlight at every opportunity to create a refreshingly bright yet cosy home.
