BDAI was thrilled to design and deliver the new and refurbished most popular waterside venues of one of Australia’s leading venue groups.

Informed by a 'romantic warehouse' concept, this sleek multifunctional and adaptable space capable of hosting up to 250 guests is split over three levels with bold brass feature lighting. With an internal link to the Tribute Museum space, this space draws refence from the existing exposed steel beams and columns to provide a loft feel. The inclusion of a statement feature bar with rustic rope pendant lighting is a nod to the historical use of the wharf while providing the perfect cocktail bar venue. This is the most intimate space of the trio of spaces created for the Doltone House.

We design and deliver commercially successful environments driven by creativity and collaboration.

BDAI is not your typical architectural practice. We are a full-service architecture and interiors studio that designs and delivers exceptional residential and hospitality experiences. And we do it with personality. From single-dwellings and high-density residential to retail, fuel and hospitality, every project is a finely balanced mix of creativity, character, commerciality and collaboration.

Our mission is to elevate the experience of everyday life in residential and hospitality environments. Since 2005, we’ve been working with Australia’s leading developers and world-class brands to create places people want to spend time and revisit. Places with function and flair to deliver environments that delight people.

Our approach is design to delight and our long-standing relationships are testament to the quality of our work.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
