The contemporary style of the townhouses and apartments, designed by former Australand in house architects, has been complemented by elegantly considered landscaped grounds using feature walls and accent planting. Umbaco Landscape Architects added bold shapes and vivid colours for that element of difference.
One of our challenges was to resolve a 15 metre high drop in the central courtyard. We prepared a number of design options for discussion with our client representatives and engineers. Delightful street entries are inviting residents and their visitors to walk in. The landscape is now mature and looks great all year around.
