At the heart of the home, the kitchen is a study in both form and function. An expansive island anchors the space, with custom seating and pendant lighting adding sculptural flair. Art Deco references shine through—tailored, warm, and wonderfully livable.

Framed by sweeping bay views, the living room is a place to pause and exhale. Located on the first floor to capture bay views, it is designed to feel open yet grounded. It is the perfect spot for gathering family or simply soaking in the view.

A grand entry stair crowned by a dramatic chandelier sets the tone on arrival, refined and bold.

Set beneath soaring ceilings, the dining space is where Deco glamour and family life converge. Rich textures and warm timber tones frame the space between kitchen and lounge. Designed for entertaining, made for every day.

Art Deco elegance meets modern indulgence in the bathrooms. Soft curves, fluted detailing, and opulent materials elevate these private spaces. A sculptural freestanding tub invites retreat, while bespoke vanities and layered lighting complete the experience. These aren’t just bathrooms, they’re sanctuaries of style.

A quiet counterpoint to the home’s vibrant social spaces. The bedrooms blend warm neutrals with layered textures, reflecting the calm sophistication of the Deco era. Comfort, elegance, and retreat all beautifully entwined.

At the rear, a compact spiral staircase adds sculptural interest while linking the upper levels to a stunning outdoor retreat complete with pool, fireplace, and alfresco zones designed for year-round enjoyment.

“We were delighted with the relationship with Bryant Alsop Architects throughout the renovation of our family home in Malvern. We had great trust in the vision and creativity provided, and the finished product more than met our expectations. We are thrilled with the finished renovation, and even now are appreciating the attention to detail to create a beautiful living space. To highlight our satisfaction in the process, we also convinced close relatives to employ Bryant Alsop in their own build - with equally outstanding results.”
