Contemporary waterfront home designed to maximize bay views while respecting heritage overlay, offering flexible living spaces for the modern family.
Recently completed new waterfront home. The clients wanted a contemporary design taking in views over the bay - a challenge both due to the site’s orientation and is located within a heritage overlay.
All in all, the house offers a range of spaces, experiences, and flexible ways of living for the modern family. As the design and internal fit-out are classic and timeless, we hope that our clients enjoy many years in their new home!
