This compact site had its challenges, with limited site access to heritage overlay controls we needed to ensure the original architectural period was maintained to the streetscape but to maximise the impact once you travelled through the home. The use of modern materials to the extended home to the rear provide a distinct line in the sand from early architectural to modern architecture. Our design process, again an important part of any residential project provided a consistent platform for all design elements to be discussed and executed through thorough design planning.
