Our scope was to construct two unique contemporary townhouses within a heritage overlay. Each townhouse is comprised of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two main living spaces. The project was a collaboration with the owner, designer and APC Build. Constructing a contemporary building within a heritage overlay can often face criticism; so a focus on responsive design, Quality material and execution was important to achieving a great overall outcome.

The homes are a striking visual representation of how the typical side by side townhouse can be transformed to create beautiful, functional spaces while capturing copious amounts of natural light. The home features highly detailed timber facade cladding works, highly finished joinery and a magnificent range of natural products.
