Our Foundry Road project originated through an existing valued client. The brief was to complete a purpose built commercial building designed and constructed to accommodate a pre-nail timber factory and machinery. Teak Construction Group had significant influence in the design and development stages while also helping to layout and install the plant being used. Our primary focus was on completing civil works efficiently and material selection that leant themselves to an accelerated construction timeline.
