Five of Macleans College’s buildings had weathertightness issues. Teak Construction Group was commissioned to fix the problem, and consecutively remediating issues in all five buildings over 24 months.
This large project required the school to rehouse pupils and two of the classrooms had to be 90% rebuilt. Teak Construction Group extended and remodelled the school’s staff rooms as part of the project.
