‘APC recently built our home, and we love it. Our delivery team consisting of Frank, Paul D, and Hayley and headed up by Snr Project Manager Paul B (and Directors Pete and Adrian), were extremely friendly and professional. It was gratifying to see our conceptual renders come to life and the entire build process was quite seamless. APC respected the brief and nailed the look whilst asking all the right questions to assure client satisfaction. Even though there were minor hiccups along the way, it was a pleasure to see how Paul and his team dealt with each situation and worked effortlessly to mitigate any risks. The team is exceedingly experienced and the workmanship of the trades is exceptional. We would not hesitate to recommend APC and we will hopefully be in touch if we are to go again!’
Georgie is a charming renovation and restoration in the heart of Malvern, designed with a meticulous eye for detail and an elegant palette of finishes. This home blends traditional craftsmanship with modern touches, creating a warm and inviting space for a young family. One of the standout features is the intricate spiral staircase, beautifully illuminated by a circular skylight that cascades natural light throughout. The herringbone floors with brass trim detailing and the custom wainscoting add texture and depth, while the brass fixtures and fittings bring a touch of timeless luxury.
In the kitchen, a curved marble island becomes the focal point, complemented by marbled walls and rangehood cladding that exude sophistication. Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully crafted, from the seamless integration of high-end materials to the flow of natural light that enhances the home’s beauty. Georgie is more than just a renovation; it’s a testament to bespoke design, combining elegance, comfort, and a personal touch to create a truly stunning family home.
