“In close collaboration with local and global teams, Blis appointed Cradle Design to design, manage and bring to life our first Australian workplace. Cradle was involved from strategy, through to delivery and post-occupancy, ensuring the objectives and design of the workplace were met. Located within the iconic Sydney suburb of Woolloomooloo, the space is aligned with our vibrant culture and provides a variety of settings for our staff to engage with colleagues and customers. The workplace is designed to flex and grow in parallel to the business and has become integral to developing the business and attracting talented employees. We found Cradle and the team personally accessible, highly flexible and inspiring to work with - we couldn't have done it without them!”
