The Sam Crawford designed terrace refurbishment located on Glebe’s Blackwattle Bay park and waterfront was all about bringing the internal living space up to speed with the architecture of the building after having been left wanting in its original development. Works involved a full strip out of finishes and services, conversion of an existing basement storage area into a living space and study mezzanine, new joinery and raw steel throughout, and brass and stone benchtops all with minute attention to detail.
