A harmonious blend of Victorian charm and contemporary design, Bluegum Abode features expansive glass elements, bespoke joinery, and polished concrete floors, creating a functional family home that embraces its natural surroundings.
A stoic Victorian façade veils a vast 21st-century transformation. The renovation at the rear of the property sits comfortably, recessed into the landscape and is now a part of everyday family life.
The contemporary renovation includes full-height windows and glass doors that frame the established Monstera garden and mighty Bluegums inviting the outside indoors.
The bespoke joinery and the off-form concrete bench transition from exterior to interior. Wall cladding with 3m high units and clean intersecting lines also feature a seamless window seat nestled in the dining/kitchen area. Spacious polished concrete floors have the comfort of hydronic heating in winter and cool relief in summer months. The multi-living zone family home effortlessly fuses functionality and form.
Family lifestyle with an architectural edge.
