Butterflied stone, oak veneer, and blackened steel, all in a refined, highly detailed interior.
On this Waiheke home, the kitchen pairs book-matched stone with oak veneer and blackened steel, with a Pitt cooktop integrated directly into the stone. On the lower level, a bespoke bar sits against backlit onyx alongside the wine cellar.
Downstairs, the bespoke bar is set against backlit onyx alongside the wine cellar, while built-in bunk beds add another distinctive element to the bedrooms.
The home was recognised across the board at this year's Master Builders' House of the Year awards, taking home the Regional Supreme House of the Year for New Homes over $4 million, the Regional Interior Design Award and a Regional Gold Award.
