Challenges and Solutions: The primary challenge was to achieve a unique designer look while adhering to a budget. The solution involved strategically selecting areas to invest in, such as custom kitchen and vanity designs, and designer feature lights, while pulling back on costs in other areas. This approach allowed us to maintain a balance between cost and aesthetics.

Client's Vision and Needs: The clients, a husband and wife investor team, wanted to create a duplex that stood out in the market. Their vision was to avoid the generic look often associated with investment properties and instead design a space that was unique and warm. They desired a high-end look without the associated high-end price.

Process and Collaboration: The initial consultation was conducted via Zoom, where the clients shared their brief and a collection of inspirational images. Based on this input, a mood board and digital renderings were created to ensure alignment with their vision. After receiving their approval, detailed joinery designs were completed. Throughout the project, close collaboration with contractors ensured that the design was executed flawlessly.
