The proposed Housing development is located in Cranebrook, NSW. The Proposal is to be built on a sloping site within a zone that connects the high-density residential areas to the rural zones. The site provides views of the Blue Mountains, surrounding Rural sites and Parklands. The main site constraint is the steep terrain. A path of travel for the residents must comply with the relevant standards to overcome the site’s limitations.
The proposal consists of 16 villa dwellings. The proposal provides a sheltered bus stop and centrally located facilities.
