This older home was lacking a sophisticated entertaining area and failed to capitalise on the beautiful view to the North along with the cooling summer breezes. The client had a very clear vision of what they hope to accomplish with this addition and close collaboration has resulted in a functional yet grand design for this underutilised block. A second floor master bedroom and ensuite is perched above the large new covered patio complete with an outdoor kitchen. A new two car garage allows for plenty of storage for this working family.
