“I have recently purchased the sofa and bed from Natuzzi, and each experience has been very satisfying. I first purchased Australia’s first smart sofa, the Mindful, and later added a light grey full-leather bed frame, which completely transformed my living room and master bedroom. This is all thanks to Jessie. She is an exceptional sales professional with extensive product knowledge, strong responsibility, and efficient communication. The entire process was smooth and reassuring, and I truly trust her. I will definitely work with her again. Special thanks to Alan from the delivery and installation team for his professionalism, care, and responsible attitude.”
