Middle Park Apartment

ABLE transformed this apartment in Middle Park into a sleek modern entertainer’s dream. The project involved the removal of internal brick walls to create an expansive open-plan living area. To achieve this, meticulous planning was essential. The team skilfully propped the apartment above, installing robust steel structures to ensure structural integrity before commencing the renovation works. The result is a seamlessly integrated open-plan living space that boasts a brand-new kitchen, crafted custom joinery for the wardrobes, an upgraded bathroom, and new flooring throughout. The entire apartment received a fresh coat of paint, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and creating a cohesive atmosphere.
