11 townhouses developed by Pennylee, designed by Solari, successfully completed during the challenges of COVID-19 through collaboration with suppliers, subcontractors, and local council.
These 11 townhouses were built during a challenging time with covid lockdowns and isolation periods. By working closely with our suppliers, subcontractors, designers and local council we were able to mitigate many of the potential impacts to both the programme and project costs.
