Successfully navigating complex challenges to deliver 24 apartments in Brooklyn, featuring collaboration among multiple engineers and contractors, completed in 2022 for Crafted Projects.
On a challenging site in Brooklyn where several previous developers had failed Dwell was brought in to coordinate between the many parties involved. With 6 separate building consents, 4 different engineers, a civils contractor, main builder, landscape contractor and several covid lockdowns careful management was needed to make sure nothing fell between the cracks.
The final result was something everyone could be proud of.
