With the Millar Street project, Stanton Dahl provided affordable housing solutions for the growing community, particularly providing low-cost rental accommodation. The units offer studio and 1-2 bedroom spaces with private bathroom & laundry facilities. All rooms have private balconies, access to common room facilities and car parking. The development proposes contemporary architecture using a mix of face brickwork, render & paint, decorative louvres and screens. The design embodies clever design solutions to address privacy in both the boarding room studios and the neighbouring properties.
