The original home was a single-level 3-bedroom detached dwelling on a compact 280m2 site, which was purchased as an investment property by expats residing in Singapore. The sudden onset of covid changed the intended use of the property from an executive rental into a ‘forever’ family home, for the owners to reconnect with their Australian family. Due to the owner's inability to travel for the duration of the construction program, Look was heavily involved with the projects’ delivery, with the owners relocating just before Christmas 2021 and finally being able to physically experience their ‘forever’ home for themselves.
