DCM Urban Design is proud to be working closely with the local community group Greater New Brighton on their ambitious New Brighton Mall Redevelopment Project. Our team have been busy consulting with the community and developing a concept plan, which has been presented to the public at various community meetings. The 3D renders and flythrough animations of our vision for the mall have allowed locals to get a real feel for what the mall could look like.
We are now seeking further feedback from the wider community in order to bring the project to the next level. Momentum and support for the project continues to grow, with locals eager to see the revitalization of the mall. With DCM Urban Design at the helm, the New Brighton Mall Redevelopment Project is sure to bring the community closer together and have a positive impact on the local area.
