Peter Connor Building Consultants was called upon to design the new dual occupancy home for Sako in 2005. The contemporary building provides private separation between the two dwellings while maximizing the utilization of the constraints of the site. Inside the home, the interior design is both functional and user friendly, making it an ideal living space for the homeowners.

The purpose of the project was to provide a new dwelling in the front yard of the existing dwelling to form a development that maximized the utilization of the site while maintaining a completed project that gave each dwelling a sense of individual ownership without the feeling of each owner living on top of each other. Peter Connor Building Consultants was successful in creating an aesthetically pleasing, functional and user-friendly multi-dwelling development that perfectly suited the homeowners' needs.

The result is a truly remarkable dual occupancy home that combines contemporary features with a functional design. With private separation between the two dwellings, everyone can be assured that their needs and privacy will be respected.
