Peter Connor Building Consultants were engaged by the Calray Family to create a stunning new residence in Southern Sydney. The brief was to create a bold and dramatic form to take advantage of the northerly facing aspect, while still designed to overlook the bush. The home was to have a simple but effective open plan layout with high-end finishes and designed to ensure a light and airy feel. 

The design is of a modern unconstrained style to achieve the clients' goal of an edgy contemporary looking home, incorporateing the use of light-weight materials in the design to ensure a thermal comfort throughout the year. The end result is a design that takes the best of both worlds and combines it with a practical living environment.
