This major renovation has breathed new life into a rundown, transitional villa. The triangular site has been used to best advantage, with an impressive street frontage and indoor-outdoor flow from the entire main living level of the house. Inside, the house now includes four bedrooms and bathrooms, three living areas, kitchen, scullery and double garage. What is most impressive with this home is the level of detailing and bespoke craftsmanship seen throughout the home. The result is a beautifully crafted family home that combines all that’s needed for a modern lifestyle with the charm and character features of a classic villa.

Professional Reviews

“Paul Leuschke is an excellent architect. He really listens to what we want to achieve and works tirelessly to get the concept right. Unlike some of the more showy colleagues, Paul’s design is thoughtful, elegant and will stand the test of time. Furthermore, the feedback from our builders is that the drawings and the specifications are very detailed and easy to work with. We are just about to embark on the build phase of our project so hopefully with have some photos to share soon. Highly recommended.”
