Fig Tree Pocket: A harmonious enclave of four modern yet classical buildings, thoughtfully designed for passive solar efficiency and natural ventilation, featuring 165 apartments arranged around lush gardens, enhancing the architectural character of the revitalized precinct.
Fig Tree Pocket is an enclave of four buildings arranged around three gardens, The architecture is modern yet classical, created through a limited palette coupled with an architecture of rhythm and unity. The building forms are informed by a consideration of passive solar design, privacy, access to views, and natural cross-ventilation for the 165 apartments. These gridded buildings provide a sense of order to the reinvigorated precinct and combined with a generous urban strategy, speak to an enduring architectural character.
