Nolan House

“As Claudia says “Thank you for making our hut into a castle” and thank you a million times over for your passion and talent. We love our house! From our first meeting with Fee, she inspired us with her ideas and excited us by making high quality design accessible to us. Throughout the project she listened to our requirements and inspired us to move out of our comfort zone, taking risks that definitely paid off. She was able to quickly read our needs, style and personalities and incorporate these into the design. Having spent some time living in Europe, we love quality finishes, something which Fee naturally embraced. Reflecting our love of nature, Fee incorporated this into the design through the use of natural stone and wood. We love to entertain and now feel we have a house that makes this easy and effortless. The design captures the extended ocean views, creates unique spaces and incorporates high quality finishes. Our favourites are the Green Room, the bar areas, bathrooms, the granite bench, terrazzo & the brass inlay floors. We could never have achieved the quality of our house without using Fee and know that engaging her was one of the best decisions we have made.”
