A unique site location in Queensland’s iconic and pristine Noosa Heads, overlooking Laguna Bay and the North Shore. This site is classified as Bio Diversity and Open Space Conservation, so it was essential that this new build respected and embraced the natural attributes of the land. Designer Annette Warner was requested to fully furnish the home to be sold as a complete home/furniture package.
Selecting outdoor furniture for two distinctive loggias with northern views.
Annette immediately engaged Sannah from our Brisbane showroom, to help select suitable outdoor furniture for the two distinctive loggias which have views to the North.
Minimizing visual barriers.
The brief was to minimise any visual barriers created by the 8 seater dining table on the lower terrace, and to embrace all weather comfort and relaxation on the upper terrace.
Perfect form and function for the home's theme.
The selections speak for themselves and are not only fit for purpose, but the sophisticated colours are complementary to the theme of the home. The Developer and Designer are absolutely thrilled with the form and function of all pieces.

Focused primarily on indoor collections, Justin and his team have been busy designing and bringing to market some new and exceptional collections inspired by the Australian way of life.
