This new dwelling was completed in 2018 to replace a much loved family bach. The clients had their own Engineering/Architectural firm which was advantageous when sorting out complex constructions issues due to it’s narrow, sloping site. The use of random-width, random-depth quarter sawn cedar for the exterior cladding, jarrah slats/decks and honed architectural series onyx blocks helped to create an eye-catching beach side property
