Welcome to Radiance Centre on Oracle Drive, brand new food and beverage centre. With 16 retail units site area of 2500m2, this project is all about size and scope. As the main contractor, we're in charge of the carpentry and concrete packages, ensuring that every detail is taken care of with precision.
Key elements of this project include a 150mm concrete slab, 200mm precast concrete panels, and a mix of materials like Metalcraft metdek 500 and James Hardie AXON panels for cladding.
Despite challenges like increased trade costs in 2022, we locked in prices early on to stay on budget. Throughout construction, we worked closely with all parties involved to make necessary changes and additions while keeping delays and costs to a minimum.
