ACC's new 8000m2 office hub in Dunedin showcases a modern facade nestled amongst older traditional buildings. The development involved transforming an existing car park into a resilient and sustainable office environment bringing together four separate ACC sites into one building.
The name Ōtepoti reflects the weaving of history and mana whenua heritage into the design which is symbolised by the solar shade 'flax weave' feature fins and frit glass that shapes the facade into a woven basket.
Thermosash delivered a total clad facade solution with high performing Thermally Broken (TB) Curtainwall suites:
- PW1000 TB160 Unitised Curtainwall
- PW400 TB160 Unitised Curtainwall
- Vertical & Diagonal feature fins
- Groundfloor / podium system including auto sliding entrance systems
