NZICC

The NZICC, the largest events facility in New Zealand, was officially opened in February 2026. Accommodating business meeting rooms, theatre, exhibition and event spaces, and linking directly to hotel facilities via an air bridge - the centre transforms and elevates the events space in Auckland. NZICC has been a journey spanning many years and multiple phases of delivery. Following the 2019 devastating fire, the project required an enormous industry-wide effort to remediate, coordinate, rebuild, and ultimately bring the development through to completion. Thermosash and Woods Glass are proud to be part of this project, including the delivery of the ninety-eight 9m glass fins and 500 panels featuring Sara Hughes beautiful artwork integrated into the high-performance Thermosash PW1000 unitised curtainwall.
