Pine Ave House Renovation

Step into the beautifully renovated Pine Ave House and experience the perfect blend of classic style and modern functionality. This renovation project, completed in 2023 for the Scholes family, transformed a 1950s bungalow into a spacious and welcoming home for their busy family. Located in a highly sought-after area of Tauranga, this home now boasts ample off-street parking, generous storage, and improved access to the main living areas.  The design brief for this project was to create a space that not only accommodated the family's growing needs but also gave the house a new lease on life. The unusable garage with steep vehicle access was revamped into a functional space for toys and storage, while the entryway was redesigned to enhance street appeal and provide seamless access into the heart of the home. With a focus on renovations and residential extensions, Radley Architectural Design has truly exceeded expectations with the Pine Ave House Renovation.
