Banks of white, colonial square joinery rises up to meet the high ceilings, framing a central island bench with a Carrara marble benchtop.

This central space flows effortlessly into the living and dining rooms, where the same pared-back palette creates a calm haven.

Many of the home’s original architectural features have been restored including the original arched fireplaces in the bedrooms – to preserve the charm of the period building.

Throughout the home, Tongue & Groove solid engineered European oak floorboards in a visually dynamic Chevron Parquetry pattern provide a seamless transition between the different zones.

The dark Penza colour and Classic Grade textured finish enhance the natural grain of the timber, adding texture to the interior; while the Chevron Parquetry pattern reflects the captivating balance between old and new in the renovation.
