The Riley Street Garage was previously a car workshop that was later used by Frank Lowy (of Westfield) as a car park for himself and his executives. The old two level warehouse was purchased by Brody Peterson and converted into a fine dining restaurant and bar.

The upper floor contains a commercial kitchen, large functioning bar and general dining. The high ceilings were made good and all new services were installed.

The lower ground floor contains a food preparation kitchen, cool rooms and storage, bathrooms, offices and loading docks.

Three new internal stairs were constructed, a mechanical plant platform was installed on the roof and all perimeter windows and doors were replaced with a new steel glazed window system.
