The Roccella All Day Italian project, completed in 2025, is a contemporary dual-venue hospitality initiative that celebrates authentic Italian culinary culture within stylish and inviting environments. Founded by Bruno, Joe, Bernie, and chef and restaurateur Francesco Crifò, Roccella seamlessly combines artisanal pizza, fresh pasta, and modern Italian dining across two strategically connected locations: Roccella East Melbourne and Roccella Bundoora. While the flagship venue in East Melbourne offers a refined dining experience with high-volume pizza production, the Bundoora site provides a more accessible, community-focused atmosphere with convenient takeaway options, ensuring the same high standards of quality across both sites.

Central to the success of this innovative project is the Marana Forni oven, which exemplifies a perfect blend of design, efficiency, and performance. Its striking visual appeal enhances the contemporary aesthetic of both venues, while its operational reliability ensures speed, product consistency, and heat stability even during peak hours. This has enabled the teams to produce over 500 pizzas daily across both locations, supporting Roccella’s commitment to culinary excellence. The oven has also played a vital role in developing the menu’s signature dishes, allowing for experimentation with multi-flour doughs, high hydration, and long fermentation techniques—further strengthening Roccella’s identity as a leader in modern Italian cuisine.

Moreover, the Marana oven's dependable performance has been instrumental in expanding Roccella’s Masterclass program, which educates over 250 participants annually in authentic pizza-making techniques.
