On time and on budget were not the only goals of this roof refurbishment in East Tamaki. The main priority was to keep the factory operating throughout construction so that the business remained productive and did not suffer losses.

Shutting down was not an option so solutions needed to consider the needs of all involved. This was kept front of mind when estimating the cost of the reroof.
