Kool Kidz Rosanna saw the conversion of a police administration building into an 130 place childcare centre.
Licensing approval was expedited by retaining as much of the existing structure as possible and designing the fit-out to exceed licensing requirements. This enabled the centre to become operational rapidly and meet a tight project delivery time-frame.
